Nancy Pelosi and Liberal Buffonery

Good news for conservatives: liberals are too foolish for their own good. Nancy Pelosi is exhibit A of how to set your own party back. The best way to ensure defeat is to respond to your own mistake by making a bigger mistake, and picking a battle you can't win.

This is exactly what the speaker did. She was caught in a lie about waterboarding, and then turned around and said the CIA is lying. Liberals everywhere must have cringed as she picked a fight over information and paperwork with the CIA. That's like picking a fight with the National Weather Service over the forecast. You probably do not have the resources to win that fight. If she really wants to go toe-to-toe in a battle over intelligence gathering with the Central Intelligence Agency, then this should be fun to watch.

In any even, what it does is provide a distraction, and keeps her from being able to devote the time an attention into passing the president's unconstitutional agenda. Conservatives should support Nancy Pelosi ardently in this battle, not because she can win, but to keep her in the losing fight as long as possible.

I have to admit that I think God has been very kind to allow conservatives a reprieve even as we watch liberalism attempt to destroy our country. Laughter is good medicine, and as I was watching this unfold I realized that liberals truly are too foolish for their own good. They cannot possibly steward or sustain their illegitimate political gains over the last few years. Their incompetence will ultimately be their undoing, and their unraveling is quickly underway, so soon after their supposed stronghold was established.

Go, Nancy Go! Meanwhile, conservatives take their party back, starting with ousting Specter without even needing to vote.
